Legal Age of 21 is Required
What else other than the minimum academic requirement that consist the Police Officer Requirements? Notwithstanding the unique standard set forth by a particular State as in the case of the United States of America, or by a particular Country as in the case of the other Nation-States, the common and usual age of an applicant to the post of a Policeman is twenty-one years old. Generally, the twenty-one years old candidates are supposedly graduates already of high school level. And besides, according to conventional law a twenty-one year old individual person is already of legal age. As such, he is now considered as capable of being an independent person who can make decision for himself. Unlike in the case of a minor who still has to depend on parental guidance & approval, a twenty-one year old is expected already to speak for himself and be responsible for his decision.
